Property Check was born out of the frustration of people in Dubai moving into new homes completely blind and we wanted to do something about it. We also wanted to build something ourselves and watch it grow.

We use world-first tech, state of the art equipment and common sense to show the true condition of homes for buyers, renters, landlords and agents. Our digital Property Report Cards are fully-filterable, fully-interactive and use everyday language that even your nan can understand and action. They’re also available nowhere else on earth.

We care about two things: protecting your money and sanity, and being as hassle-free and customer-orientated as possible.
